PLAN CHANGE 78

A generic notice was received from the Auckland Council regarding the progress with Plan Change 78. Our town planners advise that there need not be any further submissions regarding this matter, because the club submitted a separate private rezoning application. The City Council assigned our change plan application a new  number - Plan Change 97.

The City Council advised that they are proceeding with the limited notifications in terms of the process and will contact our town planners when completed at the end of March.

I will keep all members informed of any developments in this regard.
